P4T (Planning for Tomorrow Youth)

“A healthy and self-reliant community that is empowered with knowledge and skills”

P4T (Planning for Tomorrow Youth) is a community led organisation based in Uganda. It serves refugee communities in Kyangwali camp who come from DR Congo, South Sudan, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya and Somalia who are fleeing war, violence and hunger. Established in 2007, P4T works to provide quality education, health, livelihood and community service opportunities. Visit Website The Altenburg Foundation has been supporting P4T for several years through funding for their education programmes, which include teacher salaries, a feeding programme for children, provision of computer facilities and the forthcoming installation of solar power for the school.
